The number and nature of Grenfell-related patient contacts with the NHS to date
- Screening for PTSD has been provided for 822 adults who have been identified as having urgent need. There are 401 adults having treatment and 38 adults who have completed treatment.
- A quarter of the adults referred to Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust (201) have declined screening and/or treatment.
- Since the date of the fire, 1,739 GP consultations involving 925 patients have been coded as Grenfell-related. This includes all the screening appointments.
- As of 27 November, GPs had referred 16 people to the Grenfell specialist respiratory clinics. All these patients have pre-existing conditions such as COPD and asthma, which may have been exacerbated by stress.
