Looking back over my career in renal nursing, so much has changed and yet, in a sense, nothing has changed.

Many of the treatments for patients remain very much the same. I have a unique perspective on this. Not only have I helped care for the patients on my renal unit for 30 years, but I have also donated a kidney to give someone another chance at life.
