Janet Finch: The NMC is well equipped to regulate the nursing associate role

Following a Council meeting in January it was decided that the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) will regulate the new nursing associate role. Now the hard work begins, says NMC chair Dame Janet Finch.
