Nurses fight for band 7 status after missing out on £9,000 pay rise

A group of 100 health visitors have begun a two-month strike after their NHS employer ignored a job evaluation appeal. The specialist nurses are seeking an Agenda for Change (AfC) band rise from 6 to 7.
