‘Don’t resist pay uplifts’: nursing leader warns employers

Royal College of Nursing (RCN) chief Nicola Ranger says nursing staff may strike locally against NHS trusts that resist pay increases after role reviews for band 5 nurses in England, and tells Congress there must be direct negotiations on pay in England, Wales and Northern Ireland
