Register for updates about this unique nursing event and make a note in your diary to join us later in the year.

Featuring more than 100 continuing professional development sessions, expert talks and even free yoga sessions to boost well-being, this inaugural free event will also be packed with clinical demonstrations and masterclasses for nurses at every stage in their careers.

Come to the Liverpool event that’s bigger than The Beatles

Nursing Live is the first-of-its-kind event in the sector, and will be hosted over two days – 10 and 11 November – at the ACC in Liverpool, bringing together thousands of nurses from around the UK.

As well as helping you to enhance your professional development and highlighting new career pathways, Nursing Live will include special themed areas devoted to the latest developments in sectors such as clinical practice, pharmaceuticals and digital health, among many others.

Also on offer will be personal well-being support, practical self-care advice, and a vibrant ‘festival zone’ that will feature live entertainment and the chance to catch-up with colleagues and peers.

The event is a ‘very welcome addition to the nursing calendar’

Nursing Live, run by RCNi, will also see industry leaders give keynote presentations about the future of nursing and social care. Also featured on the agenda will be practical and evidence-based insight into the clinical, professional and personal challenges faced by all nurses.

RCNi senior nurse editor Richard Hatchett said: ‘Having spoken to nurses from all sections of the profession, it’s clear that an event that combines professional and personal development, together with self-care guidance and lifestyle content designed specifically for nurses, will be a very welcome addition to the nursing calendar. We look forward to seeing you there.’

Where to find out more about Nursing Live

Foundation Of Nursing Studies chief executive Joanne Bosanquet, who sits on the Nursing Live advisory board, said the board was committed to delivering an event that adds ‘real value’ to the personal development of nurses.

Ms Bosanquet is also chair of the judging panel for the RCN Nursing Awards 2023, which opened for entries last week.

The winners will be announced at a ceremony at Liverpool Cathedral on 10 November, during Nursing Live.
