Antibiotic and proton pump inhibitor therapy may help in prevention of stomach cancer

Eradicating Helicobacter pylori bacterium (H. pylori) with a short course of therapy using a combination of antibiotics and proton pump inhibitors may reduce the risk of stomach cancer, suggests a review of the evidence.
