What is your job and how long have you been in the role?
I am an assistant lecturer in nursing at a university and have been in my role for six months. I am currently teaching on the leadership module for first year nursing students in all fields.
The main sessions I teach are sexual health and diversity and inclusion, which has a focus on caring for transgender patients. I create the content for and deliver these sessions to nursing students.
