Nursing degree apprenticeships: is 16 months long enough?
Nursing regulator the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) has approved a new fast-track degree apprenticeship programme that will allow registered nursing associates to qualify as registered nurses in just 16 months. We ask our readers if that is long enough to gain the skills and knowledge required.
