Concerns raised over lack of progress after Winterbourne View

The care failings at Winterbourne View have been raised in the House of Lords by shadow health spokesperson Lord Philip Hunt and Baroness Sheila Hollins.

They raised concerns about lack of progress in enabling people in assessment and treatment units and other inpatient settings to move to more homely accommodation closer to their families.
