One day at a time Breaking down your goal into manageable parts and taking it day by day is the best way to achieve it. Completing tasks on a daily basis will be a huge confidence boost and reinforce the fact that you are capable of getting there.

Goals love company Resolutions become more achievable with a partner. Partners can provide you with a fresh perspective, help you overcome obstacles and provide support when you are feeling unmotivated. In addition to accountability, partnering can open new avenues to help you get there.

Make it fun Making your goal fun is a good way to maintain your motivation, especially if it is a goal that can get monotonous. Consider tracking your progress on social media by maintaining a blog.
