Deadline is 24 May – so enter now to ‘tell the world about nursing excellence’
There are just a few more days to enter the RCN Nursing Awards and be part of the UK's biggest celebration of nursing excellence.
The awards showcase the difference that nurses, nursing students and the nursing support workforce can make to people’s lives through their clinical excellence and compassionate care.

Entering the awards also provides an opportunity to share nursing innovations and expertise, and celebrate how staff contribute to improving care and outcomes for patients.
Judging chair urges nurses to complete their entries
Chair of this year’s judging panel Joanne Bosanquet said the past 18 months had been full of incredible challenges but nurses had risen to them.
'We know that 1,000 nurses, nursing support workers or nursing students have something to share with us because they have started their entries. We are urging you to complete them,’ said Ms Bosanquet, who is chief executive of the Foundation of Nursing Studies.
‘We want to tell the world about nursing excellence, so please finish your entries by 24 May.’
Choose from a range of awards categories
Entries are open to individuals and teams in 15 categories that cover the diversity of nursing.
The RCN Nurse of the Year 2021 will be chosen from the category winners and announced at the awards ceremony in October.
You do not need to be an RCN member to enter and all categories are open to entrants from around the UK.
