What does your job involve?Admiral Nurses work with families affected by dementia, providing emotional support and practical advice. I lead a team of three, support them through management and supervision, allocate the busy caseload and oversee our ongoing evaluation work. I also carry a small clinical caseload and jointly work on some of our more complex cases with my team. As a nurse consultant, I also provide specialist input into service development locally.
