Abstract

Travel has always been important to me and during the course of my working day in palliative care, I often meet people who want to take a last family holiday to satisfy some unmet goals in life.

For many years I have volunteered as a nurse on the Jumbulance, a purpose-built coach/ambulance that travels with disabled and terminally ill people to Lourdes in France.
