Caring for a dying woman taught me how to be more empathetic
Before I was assigned a placement I recall the anticipation, wondering which specialism I would be given. I was lucky enough to be given an older people’s ward. During my placement I had the opportunity to meet some wonderful people who required lots of care, love and compassion.
