Congratulations to the winners and to all our finalists. This has been an incredibly challenging year due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and it is more important than ever to celebrate outstanding innovation and commitment to patient care. Our awards recognise the exceptional contribution of the whole nursing team, including those who have lost their lives.

We are here to champion excellence in every care setting and at every career stage. We are here to shout about the skilled and dedicated individuals and teams who make up this amazing profession.

The recognition gained from becoming a finalist or winner of the RCNi Nurse Awards can be a huge career boost. Many past winners have gone on to further remarkable achievements and become national influencers in nursing.
