The RCN Bulletin Jobs Fair attracts keen students

Nursing students were among around 1,000 people at the RCN Bulletin Jobs Fair in Glasgow earlier this year.

Some admitted they were worried they would struggle to find a job. But Ellen Hudson, associate director of RCN Scotland was at pains to reassure them. She accepted a lack of vacancies had been a problem, but insisted: ‘We certainly do not want to lose the skills of nurses who trained in Scotland.’

We spoke to five students about their experiences of job-hunting.
