Authored by psychologists who have written about mental health and mental distress from their perspective, this psychology course textbook is a compelling addition to the subject area.

It’s worth dipping into for the sections on history, culture sadness and worry.

The text is so detailed, however, that nurses may think they need something more distilled to help in clinical practice. Reading the book in its entirety is a difficult task.
