While there are useful case studies throughout the text, these would have been better placed at the end of the chapters.

One word of warning: chapter 19 is focused entirely on the NHS in England. As there are variances across the UK’s four countries, there is a need to check with local national guidelines for information about services on the rest of the UK. Otherwise, I can recommend this book for a non-medical prescribing module from a faculty library.
