Rising to the diversity challenge will involve thinking differently

At the chief nursing officer (CNO) for England’s summit next week, I will be speaking during a session on developing and retaining the best staff. My contribution will be around the diversity of the nursing and midwifery workforce and the barriers black and minority ethnic (BME) staff face in their careers.
