Take part in a handwashing survey for nurses

Nurses are being asked to complete a short survey about handwashing and skin care.

The online questionnaire is a mix of multiple-choice and open-ended questions; these include how often nurses wash their hands while on shift, and their thoughts on the effect that repeated washing has on them.

The survey is being run by moisturiser manufacturer Yes! Nurse, which is particularly interested to hear from nurses affected by contact dermatitis. 

Other questions include whether nurses have ever had time off work due to severely sore or damaged hands, and if they have any tips for looking after their hands.
