Nursing Standard has launched a survey to find out more about the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on your health and well-being at work.

Tell us about your working life during the pandemic

Questions include:

• Have you tested positive for COVID-19 and, if so, how much time did you have to take off work?
• Have you been able to keep adequately hydrated while wearing personal protective equipment?
• How could your uniform/work clothes be adapted to be more practical?
