Have your experiences during the pandemic prompted you to re-think your career plans?

From redeployment to an increase in remote working, the past 18 months have brought significant changes to nurses’ working lives, with many considering or actively seeking a job change.

If your career aspirations had to take a back seat during the height of the pandemic, perhaps now is a good time to re-visit your pre-COVID career goals?

Whether you are craving a fresh challenge or want expert advice on how to get the most from your current role, there is no better place to start than RCNi Nursing Careers and Jobs Fairs.

We had to cancel many of our in-person events for 2020 and 2021, although they still went ahead virtually, allowing us to continue supporting nurses’ career development and well-being at a hugely challenging time for the profession.

Now that COVID restrictions are easing, we are delighted to announce our live, in-person events are back, starting with our flagship, two-day London event on September 9 and 10 at the Business Design Centre in Islington.

More than 50 healthcare employers will be there, keen to recruit staff. Among them will be Barts Health NHS Trust, East London NHS Foundation Trust, Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children, South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust, the Metropolitan Police and Oakland Care, which is sponsoring the event.

Some will be offering interviews on the day, so don’t forget to bring copies of your CV and dress smartly.
