A free workshop to support black or minority ethnic (BME) nurses who are thinking of entering the RCNi Nurse Awards will be held at the RCN’s headquarters in Cavendish Square, London on 25 January.

The event will be hosted by awards judge and leadership coach Ruth Oshikanlu, who has just been made an MBE for services to community nursing, children and families. Chair of the awards judges this year is Yvonne Coghill, director of NHS England’s Workforce Race Equality Standard.
