Prince Harry has been a patron of WellChild since 2007.
The couple have invited 2,640 members of the public, including charities they support, to the grounds of Windsor Castle.
Recognition for critical work
The national charity for sick children, which funds posts for nurses around the country, will be represented by member of staff, volunteers and families as part of the celebrations.
WellChild chief executive Colin Dyer, said: ‘We are grateful that on their special day they have chosen to recognise among others, the work of WellChild, whose role as a critical lifeline to this growing population of children and young people is more important than ever.’
