NHS staff are being offered the chance to relax in woodland as part of workshops to ease work pressures.
Nurses and other NHS staff are being offered the chance to relax in woodland as part of workshops to ease work pressures.
Nature Workshops run free three-hour events for NHS employees across the south west in woodland near their homes or workplaces.
The sessions aim to take staff away from the stresses of work for a few hours to learn about nature and cook and eat around the fire.
Staff can attend on their own or as a group, and 12 or more people can have a session led just for them.
