Enhanced or advanced – what’s your level of nursing practice?

The RCN has set out clear definitions of the levels of nursing practice after the point of registration: enhanced, advanced and consultant. Nursing Standard looks at what they are, what it takes to reach each level, and how nurses can use the definitions in their careers to establish their level of practice and make the case for higher pay to NHS, general practice or social care employers.
