Healthcare assistant, Royal Surrey County Hospital NHS Foundation Trust

Robert was nominated by his manager Pauline Goddard for going above and beyond his duty in his coronary care role. He delivers high standards of care at all times and is not afraid to raise concerns. He is supportive to all members of the team, including new staff and students, and always caring towards patients. He ensures dignity is maintained at all times. Robert also recently won trust healthcare assistant of the year. Pauline says: He will go the extra mile to ensure colleagues, patients and relatives are given the help and support they need. He is our shining star.
