Planet Rachael - Crime and punishment

Recently, Rachael and I visited Lancaster Castle. This unique set of historical buildings, an operational prison from the dark ages onwards, has held captive the famous and infamous, from the Pendle witches to the Birmingham six, to Joseph Pilates, the physical fitness and yoga guru who was presumably in for a long stretch.
