The National Network for Learning Disability Nurses (NNLDN) is set to become truly national. The recent inaugural conference of a neophyte all - Ireland learning disability nurses network was addressed by the chair and secretary of the NNLDN, and very positive soundings were taken on developing the network in Ireland and running the conference as an annual event. This means that the NNLDN now has genuine participation and representation from every part of the British Isles, a fact that pleases its chair, Caron Thomas.
