Chris Catherall and colleagues examine the work of a continuing care team in supporting the families of young people with learning disabilities and challenging behaviour
This article reviews a Welsh Government-funded project in which a team of professionals try to ensure that children with learning disabilities and challenging behaviour can live in their family homes. The article discusses trends in referral, and the training and development needs of team members, and offers three case studies to illustrate the effect of the project on the children and their families.
