Healthcare Assistant Award

This award recognises and rewards individuals working in a healthcare support role such as healthcare assistants (HCAs) and assistant practitioners (APs) who work under the guidance of a registered nurse, health visitor or midwife.

Who can enter? Entries for this category are accepted from individual healthcare assistants and assistant practitioners. Healthcare assistants and assistant practitioners can also be nominated by colleagues such as nurses, managers or consultants. Team entries are not accepted for this category. Entrants do not need to be a member of the Royal College of Nursing.

How to enter: Entries must be submitted online via the ‘enter this award’ button. We highly recommend you write the body of your entry in a word document and then cut and paste it into the online entry form to prevent work being lost.
