For the third year, Nursing Standard is teaming up with Marie Curie, a leading charity providing care to people with any terminal illness in their own homes or in one of its nine hospices.

Questions include:

  • How often does your role involve caring for people who are in the final months, weeks or days of life?
  • How confident do you feel about having to initiate a conversation about end of life care needs and wishes with patients?

Everyone who completes the survey can opt to be entered into a prize draw to win one of 20 M&S vouchers worth £50 each.
